Steve, I have not heard of a Mr. Parker involved with the Home Children, but there were so many different staff members that we can not say conclusively it was not. Typically the Home Children groups handled children and not mom's and children. However, again, there are exceptions to every rule. There is a baptism from Ireland that may be her.
